Gun trusts and registration
« on: February 14, 2018, 05:31:59 PM »
Question as I can't find any clear answer... And apologies if this question has been asked before.

Is it legal to have a trust own firearms, not NFA items, in Hawaii (as it is property like a home or car) and how would someone go about transferring registration from an individual to the trust and also adding additional new firearms to the trust that are purchased outside of Hawaii (i.e. a new hunting rifle, shotgun, etc.)

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me, than a frontal lobotomy.

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world;
the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.
