What’s this?

Reloading 300BLK with CFEBLK. The RCBS Measurer suddenly got stuck and found the following in the powder. Its about 12mm long and a translucent blue. I took the Measurer apart and couldn’t find anything like it (thank God). Could it have been in the powder?

Same type of plastic but the round end of the puller was broken and doesn't have an edge like this piece has.

Maybe. I threw it away but don't remember the top being broken. I'm not upset with Hodgdon. Should I tell them about it or not bother? It's not like they're gonna mail me a replacement bottle.

Inside the impact end of the puller has ribs inside to catch the bullet so the tip doesn't smash into the end.  Probably one of those ribs

That makes sense. Probably was pulling CFEBLK rounds.
