Setting up a corp/nonprofit

Anyone familiar with setting up a non profit or corporation?  I need some help with this.

HDF is a non-profit I believe.  Why don’t you ask them?

Something new I discovered is the HRA is classified as a 501c7  "social/recreational club".  The reason they have a difficult time changing legislation is their classification severely restricts the type of legislative activities they can take part in.  They are also setup to primarily benefit their members so have a limited influence outside of the organization.
