"Hawaii radio host Esme M. Infante wrote on social media, “@kimkardashian, please say this is a joke. You can’t use sacred words like ‘Pele’ and ‘Kilauea’ in this pilau way.”"

Every day you think "It can't get any stupider than it already is..", then shit like this comes out someone's mouth. You fucking hypocrite, "sacred" is a Latin based word and you have no right culturally appropriating it and desecrating it at all, much less without permission from the Latins. And "Pele" is just a fucking fairy tale on the same level as the Tooth Fairy and the Easter Bunny. Grow the fuck up.

She needs a new marketing manager.  Her Kimono clothing line also drew unwanted attention.

I wouldn't go as far to relate Pele to the Tooth Fairy or Easter Bunny.  But Zeus, Poseidon, Shiva, etc...

And when I went to 6 flags, there was a ride called Poseidon's Adventure. There's also Kilauea Hot Sauce.  So would it be any different if a ride was named Pele's Revenge?  Or is it because she's not from HI is the uproar?  Meaning only locals can use those names as they please.

And the irony of it all is that the word kimono literally means thing you wear.

People have become such pansies.

Why do you have to single out just pansies? Flowers have feelings too.
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me, than a frontal lobotomy.
