They were talking about this and their preparations around 2-3 weeks ago on NPR.  I don't recall names, but one on the segment was from Biden's campaign leadership team.  They were talking like they already won and what they are doing to "seize control".

Seattle was their trial run for after elections.

There is a slight difference between a bunch of nobodies rejecting the election outcome and the president doing so though. I don't personally think he would deny a peaceful transition of power though. Maybe he would contest the results but if it came down to a court ruling or a recount I think Trump would step down after drawing it out a bit.

The President never said he would not accept the results of the election.  He simply refuses to be locked into a decision before he gets a chance to see if the election was run fairly and without massive fraud.  If there is evidence of that, then of course he would be stupid to accept the tainted results.

Once the results are audited where needed in close races and the results posted officially, then of course he'll accept the outcome.

Pretending that's not what he meant, even though he's elaborated many times that this was what he meant, once again shows derangement.
