I know they let those 308 thompson center pistols there. They lie on their back and shoot. Seems pretty interesting. Single, break open pistols .

Thanks for the info! None of my semi autos have a optics cut, maybe I should look into those mounts that attach to the accessories rail and go over the top of the pistol.

optics mounts for many different pistols and rifles
i just ordered one for my Ruger American pistol.  attaches to the rear sight dovetail. replaces the rear sight for this pistol
cheaper option than having your slide machined for an optic
its not my defensive pistol, so i'm not too concerned about losing my rear sight

Does anyone have any status updates?

Was looking to go to the silhouette range this weekend but I can't find any official page for the silhouette operators. The Kokohead website says they are still closed but I don't know if that is updated. I can try call and ask tomorrow if they actually answer the phone (They didn't answer today). Its a little more of a drive than I want to do just to check on it.

Wow!  And not even 8am yet!  I remember my friend telling me he used to come at 5:30am so he can reserve a spot.

And he comes from Nanakuli, lol!

I got there Sunday about 9:30 and people who signed in at 8am were still waiting to shoot! Every other shooting bay was closed though so only half capacity.

We didn't wait to find out, just decided to try again another day. Maybe Saturday.
