More freedom vs less freedom

Found a good video comparing philosophies on freedom vs less freedom to conservative vs liberal and how they relate.  Also on principles vs issues and effects.  Where do you fall

Im for social freedoms and small government.  I keep the same principles in individual freedoms and the constitution.  It took me a long time to figure this out for myself and it's difficult to keep because sometimes there are things I really want or don't want but have to go with principles and I have to tell myself to suck it up.

Amazing video.  Explains better than I could ever have, my views on politics.  This is the reason for independents.  Freedom is the root of all politics.

Control of the language is everything.
I'm one of those people so devoted to freedom
you could refer to me as an Anarchist.
I accept a need for government but despise
everything about it and the people that promote it.
I'll give an example of words.
My marriage to my wife a woman is a religious act between
us and God, alone, Secular society has no business in that vow.
Secular society has an interest in that it is also a civil contract.
So that is how it should be called, Civil union.
Marriage is a religious act.  Most religions don't allow deviates to marry.
But In my opinion anybody( of age) can engage in a civil union
as that is a contract. But I won't call two deviates making vows "Married".
So I'm a "conservative" and a liberal all at once.
All due to the words we use.
