I think I'll get one in 300 win. Always wanted a straight pull.  And this one is affordable.

I watched a video of a guy doing rapid fire with this rifle, sort of, and he appeared to be rocking back more from the force cycling the bolt than the recoil.

Staying on target looked like more work than most semis.   More gun motion than a pump action.

Still like to try one out, were I in the market for a bolt action.  Only bolt gun I ever owned was a Steyr SSG-69, and I was very slow and awkward with that beast.
I se guys whipping the bolt around like it was on ball bearings and still wonder was it me, or just a very stiff action?

With a quality made, low tolerance, purpose built bolt gun, the bolt will feel like its on bearings.

Not going to get that from a factory Savage nor Remington bolt action.
