Solinsky and Hawaii Rifle Association vs. Lopez Non-Resident CCW (Read 2244 times)

Hawaii denies non-residents from getting a CCW permit.  Atty's Alan Beck and Kevin O'Grady changed this.

Now non-residents can get a CCW here.

The order states one must also be a HRA member for this to apply.

Side note, Danger Close Tactical helped make this possible also, plantiff is a friend of his.

This is the 2nd time the owner of DCT has helped the cause.  The first being a plantif in Yukutake et al vs. Hawaii Atty General.  Which resulted in online registration, HPD being open till later on Wednesdays and more still pending.
