Facebook's new Red Flag Button
« on: July 01, 2021, 05:23:52 PM »
Facebrother has now added a feature that lets people sick the Deep State on family and friends. I am sure all those empty-headed hoplophobic totalitarians that you argue with all day will be sane enough to see what a terrible idea this is and will only use it in case of a real emergency.

"Knock knock. Sorry about your dog."

The only way to avoid this scenario is to delete your account immediately.

I remember when you had to make a phone call to SWAT someone.

Now you just click a box.  Brilliant!!

the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Create an alt account and/or not link up with family on social media.

Last time I checked they were making it more and more difficult. Some are even requiring that you scan an ID, and that was pretty much where I drew the line.
