Yes. It was a test to see who was paying attention. The lessons of history are clear. Never trust any government without some sort of verification.

There's less of a chance of ADE if you got covid before getting the shot, and most of the deaths came from a handful of batches, but we're still so early in phase 3 that whatever long term effects have not even had time to show up yet.

I'm presently serving my quarantine after two weeks of mainland travel across six states
and a total disregard for Hawaii Democrat party policy.
I made this trip because there are members of my family that are very sick
from cancer or so old that I will never see them alive again.
Another thought is I may not live long enough to see them again.

Just to upset some readers here, we all live in God's time.
I'm good with that.

I picked up a model 1897 Winchester 12 Ga. shotgun and a real Colt  M1911 during the trip.
The M1911 was USA issued to and carried by my grandfather as he was a pilot in WW I.  Some family history.
Now I just have to find family to store them as I refuse to register them with the Hawaii
Gestapo.  FedEx is your friend.
I never violate any constitutional Federal, State, or local laws.
Good to be home, but I'll miss the 80 MPH in heavy traffic.
Hawaiian drivers are pussies.

I’m truly sorry about your family. I am in a similar position. My relatives are mostly too old to travel so I have to go see them before I can’t see them anymore.

I’ll be going to CA later this month. I’ll drive 80 until I reach the Socialist State of Kalifornia. I’d rather drive the speed limit there than paying them my hard earned money for a speeding ticket.
