Side note of the joke about the government should own the land.  I watched a vid about Hong Kong dated 3 years ago. No one owns any land in HK, with the exception of 1 church owned by the British.  This is the cause of the very high prices for real estate in HK. Businesses sign like a 50 year lease for $1 Billion US dollars or something. 

There also is lots of land to build on, but if you keep the supply low, the demand rises (econ 101).  There are people living in a home the size of a parking stall and have to share 1 toilet and 1 kitchen with 4 other families. Imagine splitting a 600sq foot condo into 5 sections with the kitchen and and bathroom as the shared area.  Cost about $1300 USD each. Then there are people who live in capsule like boxes that pay $300 USD. Like Japan's capsule hotels, but way older and dirtier. The "capsules" are made from press board as the doors.

He gets it -- finally.  Funny how it takes a few decades for some Liberals like Bill to wake up and see the damage the Liberal Leftists are causing to the country.

Now if only the subject of his rant could magically become as insightful.
