Did you know or Do you Care? Alaska Airlines Ammo Policy

I found out the "hard" way.- Paid for Tickets only to "REBOOK".  Lucky i figured it all out!

The flight needs to be booked under a flight number 2999 or less to qualify for the 50lb ammo limit.  If you book on one of their "other" partners and the flight is 3000 or higher flight number, you are LIMITED to 11lbs.

Moral of the story, make sure you know their Ammo Rules and Flight numbers.!

Aloha!

Does their other partners still say Alaskan Airlines on the side of the plane?

Uncertain. I suspect it’s smaller planes with lower paid pilots too
