The SCOTUS decision explicitly states that this cannot be done. But knowing Hawaii, they will and then we have to fight it out again
Yeah, how many more lawsuits of 5, 10, 12 years duration while those lawsuits eventually become moot because the bureaucrats create more , as Oahu chief said, "not restrictions, but procedures"?
Meanwhile on the phone to HPD (Hawaii, not Honolulu) when inquiring when I was likely to get a response from the chief on my unconcealed/concealed application, the clerk told me "Just be patient." My thought, but not verbalized, was: "I've already been waiting 30 f*cking years!" smh.
I got the same letter as Groveler a few days ago. I can't wait to see what the new chief (Sept.1) does about the carry applications. The letter (dated July 25) said that the new applications were "expected" to be ready within the next 30 days. That's two weeks at this point.
They mean like "TWO WEEKS TO FLATTEN THE CURVE"? smh. Marxist dogs.
How are they gonna require a "live fire" training course requirement (aka "procedure") without there being a public range in the county?
