Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you might be able to recommend some places I can go to check out some gun safes. I live on the Big Island so keep that in mind. I thought I saw some at Home Depot. Any and all suggestions welcome. Thanks! 

don't know if big island has lowe's, but the lowe's safes are more fire safe and have combination rather than electronic locks
they usually sell out fast, so you either have to get on a list or check often
they have 2 different sizes in store

Home Depot Hilo only has one size safe.  Don't forget about Sports Authority.  They have several sizes and a couple of gun cabinets.Kona has Lowe's but not sure if they have safes.

Costco is my recommendation too...There's one in Kona. MOST have vaults/safes around this time of year. If they don't stock it, ask if they can order it or do it online. It'd get shipped to their warehouse, then you can have it delivered or pick-up.

The Big Island is BIG, and for folks on the East side, Costco is pretty far away.  I shudder to think what having something as heavy as a safe delivered would cost.  Just driving there and back cost me $50 in gas the last time I did it.

Compared to what it used to be like (Z-Sports sold the $300 safe for $800, 'cause he had to ship them in one at a time), Home Depot is a really good deal.
