"Crime of Violance" change means current gun owners would get their firearms confiscated for past acts such as harassment, reckless endangering (for shooting or hunting in sparsely residential areas, severe driving offenses,etc),

They added in insruance once the HI insruance commission approves a product, so future date set.

Clarified ALL parking lots in relation to the business are banned.

Added in all research offices or facilities.

Marx stated this bill is in response to Buren and if Bruen gets over turned, we can revert back to the OG laws.

Only department to object was HPD because the interview part is subjective and no man power for the rest.

Only 119 oppose... I wish more people would participate in doing a quick testimony.  I heard there were more then 400 ccw applications submitted so far. Probably alot more.  Mahalo CMO for posting the links and making it simple to keep up and participate in these firearm bills for busy bodies like me who don't understand much about them, and whats going on with these bills and  agendas of our lawmakers
