When I had a lawn service business in the 1980s I was parked at the HiKai boat ramp, the one across the condos on HiKai Dr.  Two marked police cars came in a few minutes later to catch speeders. Then one caught one with his radar gun and told the other let’s go. He jumps in the car and they go after the speeder. I noticed the windows down on the car they left behind so I walk up to it and see the keys in the ignition, a portable radio and a shotgun.  They come back about 10 minutes later and tell me, “You didn’t take anything did you?”  I told them you are lucky I am an honest guy and decided to wait here to watch your car since you left the keys in it.  Maybe I should’ve taken the keys out and thrown it into the marina.
