I find it funny when this lady talked about she hopes more opportunities open up for immigrants and women like her.

How can?  Hawaii seems to have a preference to keep things "in house" so to speak.  The gov. even mentioned Tam and Luke as examples.

Even though the news political analyst mentioned there is no nepotism nor ethics violations, I agree that the voters might not take lightly to these kinds of appointments.

But these voters are the ones who think critically.  The mindless sheeple type of voters are unfortunately way too rampant in the state of hawaii.
