SCOTUS has taken up the ATF regulation of 80% receivers appeal with a Fall 2024 oral arguments.  I'm not sure if this will affect our State law, probably not, but any SCOTUS 2A decision would be good.

I just watched a video this weekend about that same subject but a different case.  The Polymer80 company sued the state of NV for their laws about unserialized guns, and the trial and appeals court both ruled the law unconstitutional.

The Supreme Court, however, just overturned that decision and lifted an injunction that prevented enforcement of the law.

Hopefully the cases are aligned sufficiently that a favorable ruling at SCOTUS also overturns the NV decision.
