This photo is from the very first seminar held on the Big Island of Hawaii, only the third ever held in the state. The last seminar held in the state was on Oahu in 2002.

The seminar was taught by Blane Maebo, Refuse To Be A Victim® Regional Counselor, in Hilo, Hawaii.
