Just like the title says, do you have any recommendations for a rifle in .223 Remington with a 1:9 twist?

My brother uses 69 grain smks with h335 cci sr primers. Accurate!  But he is running a 7twist. 9 should be able to stabilize up to 70 grains, but you just gotta try em out.

Deeeeviant

Every barrel will have it's liking to a particular bullet. You just gotta try out a broad range and stick w/ the one that performs bet. Of course, cost and availability also plays a factor. You're range in weight would be anywhere from 40 gr. - 70 gr.
