Kevin and I need your help to find people.  We only have until early November to file a new complaint with these examples.
We don't need people to join the lawsuit.  We just need them to tell us about their incident so we can truthfully tell the court we know HPD made people do this many times.
The judge in our Honolulu case where we are challenging HPD making some people getting medical clearances twice said we had not shown enough examples of HPD doing this. Since this is not a written policy we have to show multiple examples.  We only had two.  Essentially we got told that we will lose the case if we can't find more examples of HPD requiring people to get a second medical clearance.

so there are people who got CCW/PTA prior to the beginning of 2024 that had to get a letter stating "no longer adversely affected" for medical clearance. hpd has been making some of these people get a NEW letter after the start of 2024 to get a new CCW/PTA
either told in person or in writing
