Her comments regarding being sued are like, what would be my motive?  If it was an attempt tp influence the election, I could have done this long before now.

She claimed to not understand what the R and D next to respondent's meant. 

If she was being honest, then she should have never been publishing her results on political polling.  That, or news agencies should have treated her as a less-than-trustworthy polling source.  instead, they built her report up as possibly the only one that was accurate for no other reason than it supported their wish that Harris would win the election.
