Possible he could get a 7th conservative SCOTUS judge, and it should be a strong conservative judge with a comfortable majority in the senate.

Trump appointed Justices Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch.

If he gets to fill Clarence Thomas' seat, that's 4.

One more, and we will have a court where Donald Trump has selected over half the justices.

Clarence Thomas Likely to Resign if Donald Trump
Wins Election—Legal Analysts

Quote
"Thomas will not resign unless Trump is in the White House and the
Republicans control the Senate. Even then, he might prefer to remain
because we know his position has come with a great deal of free and
luxurious 'personal hospitality," he said.

Gillers believed Republican donors could prepare a retirement package
for Thomas, such is the importance of his resignation.

"Others may financially encourage Thomas to resign in order to lock in a
conservative successor, who can then sit for the next 40 years," he said.

The demorats wanted to stack SCOTUS.

Well, Trump should do the same.  What goes around comes around.

Thank goodness Trump prevailed.  One stupid SCOTUS judge that cannot define what is a woman is enough.

Stupid judge appointed by a stupid POTUS.
Sometimes you gotta know when to save your bullets.

looks like Kari Lake isn't going to make it as a US senator in Arizona.

and Sam Brown (R) in Nevada for US Senator was leading by 0.1% until a 13,000 vote dump counted a day after, now trailing by a full percent.

but there's no fraud.  oh well.

Maybe this one deserves it's own thread, but starting here. . .

Heard about this a couple of days ago, and seems like bubbling up now. Heard quite of bit of discussion this morning on the news.

People have been saying Sotomayer is doing fine and doesn't need to step down yet.  Pretty confidently.  Just as much as Biden is as sharp as a tack.
