Is it Legal to attach a pistol grip and collapsible stock to a semi auto shotgun here in hawaii?

They definitely help disperse recoil and make it far easier to load on the fly

might be related to if it's an import semi-auto SG, the "922-r" rules about US-manufactured parts, if adding the "evil" parts.  I've run across that with my Turknelli.

it's a fed rule, not Hawaii.
