Spending some time in AZ...
« on: January 09, 2013, 08:43:48 PM »
Was shocked to see most shops here wiped out as well.   Visited at least 8 or 9 today, few had anything close to civilian legal military style rifles.   Really thought there'd be a chance to find something cool but no such luck, the folks here are in the same boat as we are for now anyway ;)   In fact most LGS have imposed ammo purchasing limits like 100rds (per cal., per person, per day), not sure if any shops on Oahu have gone down this path yet.   Gonna check out a few more shops and a gun show over the next few days, probably more of the same, guess we'll see...

LOL... Good point, though .223/5.56 was gone from just about all the shops to include big ones like Sportsman's Warehouse.   Did see some .308 and a lot of 7.62 x 54 but that  was about it rifle wise.   Components wiped out as well, very little in the way of powder, primers, and bullets.   Maybe heading to Alaska soon wondering what the scene is like there, I'm guessing just as bad...
