"E" is for embarrassing. 

Wait till the parents sue HPD.

“Police said speed, drugs, and alcohol did not appear to be contributing factors in the crash.

The investigation is ongoing.”

They will sue for 2 million dollars on the premise that, according to the HPD motto they are supposed to "Serve and Protect with Aloha".

HPD failed to protect their stupid kids from slamming into their vehicle.  This is fortified by the fact that responsibility and common sense is no longer taught in DOE schools.

So another 2 million dollars suing the DOE.

Yes, it's true that you can't fix stupid.

Laughing at someone who had to be rescued and transported to the hospital with serious injuries makes you feel better?

In 2010, HPD motto was  “Serving and Protecting with Aloha.” I do not recall seeing it on a LEO vehicle or anywhere else lately.

    I know don't know why they use  "Protect" since Scotus ruled police are not "required" to "protect" after a case where 3 women were held hostage (among other things) before, during and after police investigating the scene and leaving as well as a similar case.
I believe the similar case involved a separated couple where husband with TRO kidnapped kids and killed them in front of police station all after wife requested assistance.
I would have to search my 15 yr old notes to find it but you could probably Google it.
