I don't think it would be nukes. More like Tel Aviv right now only with DF-27s raining down.

Water would be a huge concern since we already lost 10% of our supply to the Red Hill fuel leaks.

And you definitely wouldn't want to be near a base, the harbor. or the missile range up in Laie.
