I like the way they put a spin on the attacker being the victim.   ???

He shouldn't have tried to grab the guy out of his car.
And what if the attacker killed the driver?

Of course it's OK to post those links.

Self defense is always interesting and the 1st case could have ended up very differently depending on how the witnesses saw it.
