Momma wants a 9

 Hi Carter, My mom lives in Hilo and wants a 9mm. She said no one has any available there. Can she buy it from OGC? Would she need to apply for her permit to acquire in Hilo, fly here to pick up after waiting period, and return
home to register? Can i pay for it and get the info needed to apply for her permit? I would appreciate any info you could provide on this. Thanks   Randy

Yes

Either that or we ship it to an FFL of her choice
