Military Innovative Readiness Training (IRT)

"IRT Purpose:  Innovative Readiness Training provides real world
training opportunities for our service members and units
to prepare them for their wartime missions
while supporting the needs of America's underserved communities."

Hello HDA Members:

The HDA has recently learned that the US Department of Defense will be implementing an Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) program on Maui, Molokai, Lanai, and the Big Island from June 1 - 13, 2013.  This program’s purpose is to improve military readiness while simultaneously providing quality services to needy communities in America.  They have participated in remote and rural areas in the Western United States and Alaska.  They will be here next month in specific areas unknown to us.

The reservists come from the mainland and will provide FREE medical, dental, veterinary, and optometric services to the general public.  We do not know how areas are selected, how patients are selected, and how the basis of need is determined.  It would appear that this IRT training exercise is designed to prepare the troops for some catastrophic or life threatening disaster where many people need service immediately and the military is called in to assist local responders, so for the IRT training "real" patients are needed to facilitate effective training and the more rural the location the better so they have to adapt to challenging conditions in set up and delivery of services.

Looks like they have been around for a long time doing all kinds of projects, not just medical, and they are not new to Hawaii. The Program Guidelines from the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs states that there are "specific terms and conditions required to gain approval and funding for all IRT projects", which are detailed within the document. A video of Tropic Care 2012 that took place on Kauai from the IRT website macsak provided.

Watergate was a conspiracy theory two journalists "imagined" (until the 20-second dead space appeared on the oval office recording tapes).

Iran Contra was a conspiracy theory the Democrats "imagined" (until Oliver North stepped forward to accept the blame).

The Clintons using FBI files to squeeze enemies and encourage cohorts was a conspiracy theory "imagined" by the justice department (until the files in question mysteriously appeared in Hillary's "reading room" weeks after that room had been searched).

....  theories aren't untruths necessarily.  They just don't have enough evidence to convince the skeptics they are true ...  yet ....
When only cops have guns, it's called a "police state".

Sound like a great program so whats the rub?
IRT doesn’t appear to be anything but what it’s said to be. Toys for Tots isn’t anything but what’s it’s claimed to be either. One may theorize otherwise but if no evidence exists to back the theory, it remains a theory.

When physical evidence exists such as that found in basic Physics for example; The time it takes an object to fall from a given elevation (point a) to the ground directly below that point of elevation (point b) can be expressed through a formula governed by the laws of gravity (Newton toyed with these laws many years ago). Not the theory of gravity but rather the known laws of gravity. The time it takes for an object to fall may be increased by encountered resistance during that fall. These resistances can be categorized in differing forms such as displacement, compression resistances and so on.  Gravitation can also exhibit faster acceleration in an area of an object through angular orientation. Though there are a great number of physical phenomena that may affect the free fall of an object, all known elements are calculable and fit rather neatly into the basic known laws of physics.

Now why mention the above? The time it takes for a building to fall flat within its own substructure typically exceeds the life of several human generations if the engineering was applied properly.  The time and direction of free fall for any given structure will always be governed by the supporting member’s states it stands with. When buildings such as the Twin Towers in New York fall at a rate nearly matching that of a free falling object straight down, there exists solid factual evidence that its supporting members encountered catastrophic failure.  It’s catastrophic failure not congruent with angular aversion, compression resistances or any other resistance that should have existed in that superstructure. This is not something expected of any like type supporting structure. Now we can pull a silly notion out of our rear-ends and call it swamp gas and since an official representative of the government has deemed it swamp gas we can even buy it hook line and sinker, if we are gullible enough to do so. But the primary basic physical evidence found in the laws of physics does not support any theory in which the twin towers fell without demolitions charges. So, the theory was created by the government and the conspiracy is self evident to those of who understand the basic laws of physics applied to structures and have listened to the government’s theory. Any argument to the contrary is theory and certainly not based in the realities of physics.

Now we can “theorize” any number of “conspiracies” (some may even consist of legitimate intentions) as to why the Twin Towers were factually brought down by demolitions. The reality will always remain that they were indeed brought down by demolitions as will future history no-doubt officially reflect.

That's the same take I had on IRT...looks legit to me.

MDS

Yeah IRT is a conspiracy to help others.... but who knows, that's just a theory unless one can prove they've actually helped people. So now we have a legit "conspiracy theory" and I have now joined the ranks of the conspiracy theorist
