Killology: Are we training our kids to kill?

I wanted to point out an authority on the psychology of violence and highlight one of his articles:

Dave Grossman is a retired US Army Lt Col, a West Point psychology professor, and an internationally recognized expert, author and speaker.

You may be more familiar with his other article where he introduces the concept "On Sheep, Wolves and Sheepdogs"

Anyway, I found his article about "Teaching Kids to Kill" very relevant.  This article talks about how the US army used desensitization to train soldiers to kill and how our kids are getting desensitized in the same way through constant exposure to violence in TV and computer games.

If you are concerned for the future of your kids, you should read this.  Realize that it is not the gun causing murders, but that our lack of parenting, mass media and entertainment is creating for us a society of killers.

Clearly we need a balance.

If you train and brainwash your kids (Mr. Holder) that guns are bad, you are doing a misdeed to yourself and country.

The Muslim terrorist train their kids how to use a gun and how to hate America and Israel and how to commit suicide from a young age, and we wonder if it is our foreign policy.

They create Spartans filled with hate.

I say we create Spartans with a humble and loving heart for self defense, otherwise we will succumb with no resistance to evil minded opposition.

Believe it or not religion also plays a role.
If you do not believe in a God who will render eternal punishment for evil deeds, then the evil will say why are there laws, it is "survival of the fittest" in the end as they say WROL, the SHTF.
