Range Report 9/28/13?

How's the weather?

Got lots of food today. Br there at 2pm
Thai Green Curry Chicken
Thai Sweet Garlic Pepper Chicken
Beef Stew
Pastele Stew
Pork Lau Lau
Thai Fried Banana

rained earlier
clear now
not at home any more, but the century bike ride crowd was pretty small
shouldn't be a hassle to get to da east side
some of the route i believe goes around past the range, so that may be a hassle, but the riders are pretty sparse and spread out this year

If you ice your hand, make sure you use a barrier so you don't burn the skin.
Also best to do it in cycles, 10 minutes on 10 minutes off.
