Hello All,

My name is Rico Cintron. I have a few ideas on how we can finally get our concealed carry (aside from Chris Bakers lawsuit). I plan on visiting every senator here in Hawaii. I want to speak to them one on one and see if we can get legislation introduced that will accommodate both sides for and against carry. See if they would allow some kind of carry for all. It is our right; I have no doubt about that. We could also see about asking gun shops to post and see about having folks sign a petition for carry. I had an idea (it’s okay correct me if you think it’s dumb) but I could talk to these senators and maybe see if they would introduce legislation requesting that our first or second round in the firearm be a rubber bullet. My ideas won’t be the greatest; I am just sick and tired of letting this lawmakers step all over good Americans. I am so busy (Active Duty Navy, Freemasonry, College, ect.) but, I am willing to put in some decent time to help make this a reality. Who knows maybe we can work with the Democratic senators here and say hey, if we have IDK 5,10 CCW violators we can scrap shall issue and go back to May issue. Now we need to ensure that if we propose legislation we won’t allow for crazies to do this to us. Please feel free to make any suggestions and let’s work together folks, let’s do this! Please feel free to shoot me an email if you would like as well...usncintron@yahoo.com Thank you for your time folks.

We need to get these guys to get a case going here.

Hey Rico,
I'm not sure if you realize this, but every year Senator Sam Slom introduces a bill for concealed carry. Every year it doesn't even make it to a vote.

It's always great to talk with your legislators and try an convince them to accept the bill and let them know that self defense advocates aren't crazy.

As far as the rubber bullets, IMHO, that's a bad idea. They are considered less-lethal which still means you shouldn't be firing if you wouldn't normally shoot to defend yourself.

Great to have you here and as a part of the community.
