Ultimak installation on Arsenal Saiga AK47
« on: April 27, 2011, 10:49:17 PM »
I've decided to install an Ultimak piston tube scope rail on my AK.
I just got it in the mail and installed it.
Here's the pictures of the install.

Very nice. With the barrel hooks, it looks like it could mount to a normal Saiga as well.

What do you plan on running on top of it?

I have a burris fastfire that I'm going to try.

My main concern is that I want it to "co-witness".

If the fastfire won't co-witness, then I'll try something else.

I did see a video somewhere that said the fastfire will co-witness when the irons are set in combat distance or 200+ but not in 100. It'll be good to see how it goes for you.

I'll be spending mothers day morning at kokohead. Just me and my sweetheart. Happy mothers day baby. We've been together for over a week now. I love you, Arsenal Saiga AK47.
