We sure can.  Make a spec list and we can send it up to nighthawk for quote.  Please remember they don't let us change it once submitted, only cancel and get in back if the line, so try to get everything the way you want it the first time.

In your opinion, would it be better to work up a list of features that I want (including many of the features of the Lady Hawk) and just let Nighthawk come back to you with a model recommendation and customize from there?  They have so many models that I am not sure that the Lady Hawk is the best model for me but I like the smaller grip machined into the Lady Hawk.  I am not in a particular rush so taking some time to get it right will be worth it.

They don't do that.  They take orders and fill them.  You most likely should call them and discuss your needs, they will help you spec a build and email you a quote,and when you place the order through us it will be cheaper

Actually get a written quote.  As a dealer we get a lower cost and we split the difference with you.  You pay less and we make a little dough.  Win-Win.
