To me, it looks like they are practicing rolling around on the ground for a reason.  The way they are practicing, they are more likely to have been shot than to have hit what they are shooting at!   Makes sense to teach them to defend themselves from a wounded position!

They're in Tennessee!  Maybe we should ask Hikcock45 to invite these "experts" to the compound and give his opinion firsthand?
