I can hear it now:

Liberal parents call Cops to search for “unknown guns” in their home. Searchers turn up 5 ounces of pot in the teenage son’s bedroom. There ware no unknown weapons located, but the father’s home defense handgun and skeet shotgun were in the residence, which when combined with the illegal drugs, constitute special circumstances under the state and federal drug enterprise statutes.

The law requires the Cops to seize the entire home, all personal property, and the family’s 3 cars until investigators can determine the source of the income used to pay for everything. Also, all banking and investment accounts are frozen pursuant to the investigation.

What could possibly go wrong???
