Suka I hope you didn't fall for the "we want to see how much baking goods you have" routine. They were there to eyeball you and get a feel of who you are. They're monitoring your every 2A purchase you make and every post, online search and contact you make. Me paranoid? Nahhhh

yeap , same applies for all  FFL. They can make a call between your "operating hours."
which is why operating hours are required to be listed on your FFL.
