This is a freaking waste of time and money.  I would NEVER put my daughter on one of those dirty ass diaper changing tables.  Easy enough to go out to the car and change there.  Shit, you might as well touch the toilet seat and then baby with your un washed hand.  Obviously the dingbatterie continues in politico land... :wtf:
