*The course of fire on Open Practice days will be slow fire, any position, 3 minutes of preparation time and 15 minutes block time per yard line. There will also be a two 60 second rapid fire strings at the 200 yard line and two 70 second rapid fire strings at the 300 yard line. The first relay will complete entire course before and rotate marking and scoring duties with the second relay in the target pits.

Shooters are encouraged to have at least zeroed their rifle at 100 yards at another range before attempting to fire at 200 yards.

Events may be cancelled if there are not enough range personnel to safely support events or if there is not a minimum of 6 shooters attending.

Due to enhanced security concerns, all vehicles entering the Puuloa Range Training Facility must have a current MCBH decal or a valid pass.

All rifles and pistols brought on the Puuloa RTF must be registered with the MCBH Provost Marshal.

I have a civi cac card, would I still need to get a MCBH sticker? Also, do I need to go to kaneohe with my firearms and get them checked in?

One day passes can be written at Range Control at Puuloa. You can go to the Provost Marshal with just your paper registration from HPD. We are trying to arrange for a on site registration at Puuloa with the Provost Marshal.
