Hey, 

Just wanted to find out if these were legal to attach to your rifle to use at the range. I was reading some older post regarding flash hiders and wasn't sure if these were banned or what attachments were legal.

second question. I know in 2014 I could let my wife shoot my guns, is this still okay to do in Hawaii?

But in all seriousness,

You can use the blast shield.  There is also nothing illegal about flash hiders.

HI has a supressor law that bans them.  Or any device that reduces the sound.  HPD has never come to the range with a decibel reader and taken before and after decibel readings.
