I saw the movie at the Academy of Arts.  Definitely very anti-gun biased.
I hope the plaintiffs win.

We should do a class action lawsuit - get a settlement for an AR for every gun owner in Hawaii.

Virginians Citizens Defense League (VCDL) is taking Couric and her director to court for edits they say made VCDL members appear stumped by Couric's gun control questions, when in fact they were not.

"Katie Couric has publicly admitted that the film, which was presented to VCDL as a 'documentary,' was misleading and misrepresented VCDL," Phillip Van Cleave, President of the VCDL, tod FOXNews.com. "However, Couric and the other filmmakers have refused to fix the film or to even stop promoting and distributing it. The only way to hold Couric accountable was to file a lawsuit."
.....
That is awesome.
What, Me Worry?

I don't know how they can justify $12 million in damages based off the dishonest editing. Hard to prove they lost that much in sales or reputation lost I think.

I hope they win something though, to send a message.

Good.  Make them pay.  Hope with a change in presidency, the new AG and DOJ will go after antis like how Holder and Lynch did.   In fact they should go after states that seek to restrict 2A individual rights.

If hulk hogen can get 110 million for a sex tape, anything is possible.

Someone should post this Espero's FB page.  Perhaps this will change his attitude...though I doubt it.
