Dr. Green's professional cohorts kill over 400,000 people a year via "preventable medical errors", yet he proposed no bill requiring any kind of scrutiny of medical professionals. Dr. Green proposed a bill that would require a "mental health evaluation" by a "state-approved" mental health worker within 90 days prior to purchasing or taking possession of a firearm. Buy a firearm every quarter, pay out of pocket for four "mental health evaluations" per year, performed by someone who would likely error on the side of finding people "incompetent" because of the potential liability of deeming someone who would later commit a crime "not prohibited". So, no, logic is apparently not a part of a medical education. Or else he failed the class. Can't wait to see what he has in store for us gun owners in 2017! Woohoo!

Well, they should apply that same standard of fitness to all drivers in Hawaii. A drug and alcohol test whenever they buy gas. Because drunk drivers kill so we should scrutinize the entire population of drivers.

Just make it $40 an hour with a $5 annual increase so everyone lives happily ever after.  What could possibly go wrong.
