Home-brewed beer

Today I bottled 5 gallons each of a lovely cream ale and a chewy dunkleweizen.  And, no, these aren't for sharing, they're for me and my boo.  But I want to go ahead and put 2 more batches on this coming weekend.  And, who knows?  If there's another meet-and-greet in 2 months or so, these batches could show up there!  So, time to hear from you guys.  If someone were to brew a beer just for you, what would you like it to be?  You have until Friday evening to make your wishes known... Saturday morning will see me at the brew store, getting ingredients.

I love dark ales, stouts and porters!!!  :shaka:

The cream ale is probably to my liking and stouts and porters are probably not on many people's wish lists. So when I buy the brass from you do you think you could provide a little taste of the cream ale?  :worship:

WE went with an Irish Porter and a straight Hefeweizen yesterday.  Had our first boil over, despite having 2 people staring at the brewpot and having a digital thermometer in the works.  And had a pretty large overflow of the blowoff container overnight as well.  These are messy, messy babies!

Recently found a Mocha Porter and it is good. Not great, but good enough to do again if I can't find something better. Tamura's has a great selection of micro brews if anyone is interested. It might take me a while to try everything before I settle on one!!!  :D
