Just read through the article closer and found that the difference in barrel wear was such a big difference. When I first got into ARs, I had many questions about hammer forged, chrome lined, etc. Seems like the jacket material differences in this test might be an interesting one for different barrel construction and treatments. 10,000 rounds though. I think I've only gotten to close to 5000 rounds on two separate guns and it's taken me quite a while to get there.
Initially, I read this article to research problems with Tula and see how they paralleled to what I had noticed in my guns. Maybe I'll stick to Wolk or Brown Bear for cheap(er) steel ammo, but recently, I haven't even been able to find any steel cases ammo for cheap.
