Sigh.  Another item added to the list of items we will need permits for.  He was probably a 100 ft, not 100 miles like tbe article says.

The video may be fake, but there's no doubt there are people that stupid. Youtube is filled with videos of people who recorded their stupidity with firearms for all to see... forever. Imagine how many instances don't get recorded...

Judging by the speed I think he would have survived if hit by it. It is odd how it traveled so perfectly straight.
