Didn't really see that coming (from them)... but I'm genuinely curious...
Could the NRA possibly mean to add this as an item to the SHARE Act?  And in doing so, that'd push it to a quicker vote?  That'd be interesting (and sneaky/tricky) if so.

Which means these are legal under the NFA/GCA and not subjected to any regulations.
