“The NRA believes that devices designed to allow semi-automatic rifles to function like fully-automatic rifles should be subject to additional regulations”

Didn't really see that coming (from them)... but I'm genuinely curious...
Could the NRA possibly mean to add this as an item to the SHARE Act?  And in doing so, that'd push it to a quicker vote?  That'd be interesting (and sneaky/tricky) if so.

Which means these are legal under the NFA/GCA and not subjected to any regulations.

Article says vote on national reciprocity on hold indefinitely.
