I defy anyone to make a rational explanation of what this woman means, and if there is a rational meaning how she could state it in such a nonsensical manner. I'm putting this in the "legal" section because this woman is an elected legislator who passes laws that determine whether you and I will be able to exercise our fundamental natural inalienable Constitutionally-protected civil rights with or without the threat of being imprisoned.

Difference between a republican and democrat:

Republican doesn't like guns, they don't buy them
Democrat doesn't like guns, they don't want anyone to have them.

Perhaps in her bizzaro world, the US has a 2nd Amendment where guns are outlawed except in the hand of the military and police. Ack!
