Couldn't read the link for some reason.
Left to my own thinking, I believe I could get along with three:
Accurate scoped bolt .22 rifle, possibly a .22 Mag instead.
Twelve gauge shotgun, preferably pump, preferably with a variable choke, definitely with an ammo caddy, and possibly with a rifled extra barrel with sights.
Four to six inch, preferably six, .357 revolver with plenty of speed loaders.
With puh-lenty of ammo for each.
Absolutely forced to pick only one, it would be the shotgun.
With puh-lenty of ammo.
Including slugs.
So, given that I have five more choices, according to the original post, I'd opt for five more shotguns in case my neighbors decided to band together with me.
With puh-lenty of ammo for them.
Including slugs.
